CONDITIONS OF REGISTRATION 1. Pre-payment of all fees is essential. 2. Certificates will only be issued to students that have complied with all the requirements for any programme. No certificate, results or academic records will be issued to any student that is not fully paid-up as per the relevant policy. Payment is required in full for any module before it will be made available to the student on the student portal. 3. The Academy retains the right to refuse registration and or attendance of online sessions to any student as per the admission and other policies. 4. The Academy retains the right to amend deadlines and dates. 5. No refunds of registration or tuition fees will be made. 6. Should you be forced to pull out or decide to withdraw, another person may be able to use the remaining financial credit on your account as per The Academy's student replacement policy. 7. A student who fails a module, or does not successfully engage with the module, will have to register and pay for that module again in a subsequent academic year. 8.
